 3-4 lb. pork tenderloins cubed
 4 cloves garlic, chopped
 2 tsp olive oil
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 2 tsp cumin
 ½ cup orange juice (no pulp)
 1 ½ cups cilantro, snipped
 2 cans mild rotel (hotter if you prefer)
 ¼ cup chicken broth
 ¼ cup beer
 Fresh corn or flour tortillas
 Optional toppings: fresh cilantro, sliced avocado, tomato, lettuce, shredded cheese, onion

Place pork in crockpot.

Sprinkle with garlic, oil, salt, pepper and cumin.

Top with cilantro, rotel tomatoes, broth, beer and orange juice.

Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.

Shred pork with two forks and continue to cook until heated through.

Serve on a tortilla with all the fixings.

(Another option to cook: place all ingredients into the instant pot and cook for ½ hour, shred if tender, otherwise, cook for additional time.)
