Oats, greek yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon, and peaches (fruit) are refrigerated in a jar overnight to make a delicious overnight oatmeal.
I make this in pint size canning jars. I enjoy it without the fruit, or you can add berries when you are ready to eat. I also heat mine in the microwave so it is warm, but many people eat it cold. If you put berries on top, wait to add them after you heat your oatmeal. I love this, and it is healthy, much better than just store-bought yogurt for breakfast.
