Let the steak site for at least one hour to get to room temperature

Apply salt to both sides and let site for one hour.

Prepare grill. Ideally grilling temperature should be near 700 degrees Fahrenheit.

After steaks have been salted for one hour thoroughly rinse and pat dry.

Place steaks on the grill for 90* seconds

Turn steaks for another 90* seconds.

Remove steak and wrap tightly in foil for 5 minutes

Serve steaks

* Cooking time will vary on the temperature of your grill, the thickness of the steak, and your preference. A 3/4"-1" thick will be medium-rare to medium following these instructions.
