Yields12 Servings
Prep Time10 minsTotal Time1 hr 10 mins

8 oz Package cream cheese, softened
 ½ cup Sour cream
1 oz Ranch Dip Dry dressing package
2 tbsp Taco Seasoning (or 1 pkg purchased)
 ½ cup Salsa
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
15 oz Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
 1 cup Corn
1 ½ cups Shredded cheddar cheese
 4 Green Onions, sliced

1

Add the softened cream cheese to a large mixing bowl along with the sour cream, ranch mix, taco seasoning, salsa, and garlic powder. Use a hand mixer on low speed to mix everything together until well combined.

2

Add the beans, corn, cheese, and green onions to the cream cheese mixture. Use a spatula or a large spoon and stir until well combined.

3

Serve immediately with your favorite crackers, tortilla chips, naan bread or veggies. Optionally, you can chill the dip for an hour before serving for the best flavor.

I have also baked this dip to serve it warm. Just as tasty. Baked at 350 for 35 minutes.

NOTE: This dip can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
