Ingredients
1 package 1 8 squares of Bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 package 1 Six squares of Bakers white baking chocolate
10 10 oreo cookies
2 tablespoons 2 peanut butter or 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
Directions
- Place chocolates in a separate bowl and melt (either on top of stove or in the microwave).
- If you are making peanut butter, stir peanut butter into the melted chocolate.
- Mix 5 crumbled Oreo cookies into each bowl of melted chocolate.
- Drop chocolates by spoonfuls onto parchment or wax paper.
- Cut through chocolate with a kitchen knife several times to marble the two chocolates.
- If making the cranberry bark, drop dried cranberries on top of the bark.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour, or until firm.
- Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
