Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 Dried seasoned bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Vegetable Oil

  • 1 1 Egg, slightly beaten

  • 1 1/2 lb 1 1/2 Tilapia or Flounder fillets

  • 1 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

  • Preheat airfryer to 360 degrees.
  • Stir together bread crumbs and oil in a bowl until loose and crumbly. Put egg in a shallow dish.
  • Dip fish in egg. Shake off excess, then dredge in bread crumb mixture until evenly coated. Gently arrange fish in a single layer (in batches if necessary) in air fryer.
