Ingredients
1 cup 1 Dried seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup 1/4 Vegetable Oil
1 1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 lb 1 1/2 Tilapia or Flounder fillets
1 1 Lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
- Preheat airfryer to 360 degrees.
- Stir together bread crumbs and oil in a bowl until loose and crumbly. Put egg in a shallow dish.
- Dip fish in egg. Shake off excess, then dredge in bread crumb mixture until evenly coated. Gently arrange fish in a single layer (in batches if necessary) in air fryer. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.rnrnarmagazine.com/air-fried-crumbed-fish
