 1 cup Dried seasoned bread crumbs
 ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
 1 Egg, slightly beaten
 1 ½ lbs Tilapia or Flounder filletsThawed if frozen
 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

Preheat airfryer to 360 degrees.

Stir together bread crumbs and oil in a bowl until loose and crumbly. Put egg in a shallow dish.

Dip fish in egg. Shake off excess, then dredge in bread crumb mixture until evenly coated. Gently arrange fish in a single layer (in batches if necessary) in air fryer. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
