Seven layer taco dip made with refried beans, sour cream, and salsa is the perfect platter for parties and family get-togethers.
This is one of Justin's favorite appetizers. Serve with plenty of tortilla chips!

 1 oz Taco Seasoning (home made or bought)
 16 oz Refried beans
 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
 16 oz Sour Cream
 16 oz Salsa
 1 Large tomato, diced
 1 Green pepper, diced
 1 Bunch green onions, chopped
 1 Small head iceburg lettuce, chopped
 6 oz Can sliced black olives, drained
 2 cups Shredded sharp cheese

In a medium bowl, mix refried beans with taco seasoning.
Spread the mixture onto a large serving dish.


Mix the sour cream and cream cheese together.
Spread this mixture on top of the refried beans.


Top the cream cheese layer with salsa.
Place a layer of diced tomato, diced green pepper, cut green onions and lettuce on top of salsa
Top with 2 cups of shredded sharp cheese.
